Breading & Coatings are easily blended products of flour, meal, bread crumbs and/or seasoning which adheres to a food that is to be baked or fried. The food item may be dipped in milk, egg or water mixture to improve or increase the coating uptake. Your breading/coating mix should provide a uniform coverage prior to cooking.
